All content on cmdmed, including but not limited to notes, questions, explanations, design, and software, is the property of cmdmed and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant cmdmed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content into the Service without any obligation to you.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any interruption or discontinuation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cmdmed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cmdmed and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
